Navoi
The city of Navoi is a magical illusion in the center of the desert, a living oasis, with its magnificent silhouettes of industrial buildings, actual architectural buildings and residential houses, which is located in Uzbekistan. The territory on which the city lies today preserves the memory of thousands of years of history. Archaeologists have found here significant evidence of the existence of cultural centers of the oldest Saks, Khorezmians and Bactrians. The excavations of Wobkent and Warakhsha enabled our generation to learn about the oldest civilizations, which were destroyed by raids and internal unrest and then buried by time in mighty dunes. In deep antiquity, important trade routes, including those of the Great Silk Road, passed through the territory of present-day Navoi. In the past, the city of Karmana, which connected the majestic Samarkand and St. Bukhara, played an important role. This beautiful city is the pride of a rich and historical Uzbekistan. The climate of the region is strongly continental, with dry and hot summers, cold winters, green spring and rainy autumn. You can really enjoy the special features of each season. The city was named after the great Uzbek poet and philosopher Alisher Navoi.
